How much does a bathroom renovation cost on the Central Coast?
Most full bathroom renovations we deliver land between $30,000 and $75,000 depending on size, layout changes, fixtures and finishes. After a free on-site consultation we provide a detailed, fixed-price quote so you know exactly where you stand before any work begins.
How long will my bathroom renovation take?
A typical full bathroom renovation runs 4 to 6 weeks on site once demolition begins. Project lead time (design, selections, ordering of fixtures) adds another 4 to 8 weeks. We agree the start date and the schedule in writing so you can plan around it.
Do I need council approval to renovate my bathroom?
Most bathroom renovations are Exempt Development under the NSW SEPP and do not require council approval, provided the work stays within the existing footprint. If you are moving walls or windows, we will assess and let you know early in the process.
How does waterproofing work and is it certified?
All wet-area waterproofing is completed by a licensed waterproofer in accordance with AS 3740. You receive a certificate of compliance on completion, and the work is covered by both our workmanship warranty and the waterproofing membrane manufacturer’s warranty.
What warranties do you provide on bathroom work?
You receive a 6-year structural workmanship warranty (as required under the NSW Home Building Act for projects over $20,000), plus the manufacturer warranties on every fixture, tile, tap and appliance. Waterproofing carries its own 10-year membrane warranty.
What materials and finishes do you offer?
We work with you on selections through our preferred suppliers and showrooms, from large-format porcelain tiles and stone-look benchtops to brushed nickel, brushed gold and matte black tapware. You retain full control over the palette while we keep the build on track.

Dust screens
Sealed zip-walls between live work zones and the rooms you keep using day to day. Sound stays in. Mess stays in. You stay sane.
Daily clean-down
Brooms, vacuums and skip bins at the end of every day. You wake up to a tidy site every morning, and the handover is genuinely handover-ready, not a punch list of touch-ups.
