The brief
A covered alfresco built for everyday use.
The brief was to extend the home outwards with a covered alfresco that felt as considered as the interior, with painted gable rooflines, polycarbonate skylight panels and a wide hardwood deck running beneath.
A combination of white painted posts, soft natural planting and a connected paved area create a calm outdoor room that works as a lounge, dining and entertaining space across the seasons.
